THE Supreme Court of Namibia delivered its judgment on the matter between the Africa Personnel Services (Pty) Ltd and the Government of the Republic of Namibia and 3 others on December 14 2009. It took nine months for the Judges, the majority of whom are Acting Judges of the Supreme Court to write the 120 pages judgment.
