Kelsey Hopkins -Beaverton, OR

I have had experience in fighting human trafficking already. I know about the issues and really want to make a difference in the abolishment of modern day slavery. Also, I was in a group service project at my school that coordinated an event to raise money and awareness for and about the issue. Additionally, I have had a lot of leadership experience and team work experience through my participation in the National Honor Society at my school, tutoring, helping with the youth lacrosse league in my city and other activities. Additionally, I extend myself internationally with participation in the Uganda club. I feel as though I would also be a great fit because I am good with working cooperatively, have leadership experience and a commitment to globalism and additionally I am responsible and passionate about making a difference in the world.
